Graham A. Wells

Graham A. Wells, QC, JD, TEP graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1980 with a Juris Doctor degree in La. He was appointed a Queen’s Council in 2010. He has also attained the designation of Trust and Estate Profession from the International Society for Trust and Estate Professionals (STEP). He practices exclusively in private practice since his call to the bar in 1981. He is a director of Wells Plc In.-a Personal Service Law Firm. Mr. Wells’ practice focuses extensively in the areas of Residential Real Estate, Wills, Probate & Administration and Elder Law. He has served the public in various capacities – including a career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; and, as a former Chairperson of the Canada Pension Review Tribunal.
